Terms & Conditions

1. I only utilize Paypal for transactions
2. Payment can be made after the commission has been ordered, but it may not progress further from the sketch phase until full payment is done
3. Commissions are to be used for personal use only. (Any distribution of my artworks for commercial use or to train AI without my consent is strictly prohibited)
4. I reserve the right to refuse a commission for any reason
5. Any details about the artwork can be discussed in direct messages
6. The subject of the commission cannot be changed after I start the line-art phase (It can be changed during the sketch phase)
7. Multiple characters, overly complex details or detailed backgrounds will include an extra cost that will be specified before the order is placed
8. Please make sure that you are willing to commission an artwork from me before placing an order as I am not able to provide refunds
9. I will provide the rough delivery time of the artwork according to the request prior to placing the order
